I’M A TWICE OSCAR-CONSIDERED FILMMAKER WITH OVER 20 YEARS IN THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY.

CULTURE

I come from Black and Latvian roots. I movd to Copenhagen, Denmark as a teenager. Being part of both these worlds made me curious about language, people and culture. All these experiences inform my work as a filmmaker.

I have spent 20 years in the trenches of the entertainment industry. I have navigated the rise and domination of technology into the media space. This has helped me transition from the traditional path of a filmmaker to the new one of a Creator Auteur: a sovereign artist who merges these two worlds together.
